What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, with its country code
• The technology area or course you are interested in
• Your current background and preferred learning format, if you choose to give them
• Your message
• Your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to your enquiry

With each enquiry we also receive the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to our website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, when you arrive from one of our LinkedIn posts). If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us there.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your message.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry
• To send you information about the training you asked about, such as course details, upcoming batches and schedules
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve our website

We use your information only with your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Services we use

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website and handle enquiries:

• Vercel hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Google Fonts provides the website's typeface. Your browser downloads the font files from Google's servers, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Google stores enquiries submitted on this website in a Google Sheet in our Google account, and Gmail sends us a notification for each enquiry.
• If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up about the training you enquired about. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at the address below and we will act on your request.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, your browser remembers those tags for the current visit only (in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab), so that an enquiry you send later in the visit can be linked to the campaign.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
